Beef Stuffed Bell Pepper

Makes 2 servings

Cooking Time 25 - 60 minutes


  • 250 g CDO MOZZARELLA CHEESE, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10 g white onions, diced
  • 100 g spinach, chiffonade
  • 2 pcs red bell pepper, sliced in half
  • 2 pcs green bell pepper, sliced in half
  • 2 pcs yellow bell pepper, sliced in half
  • To taste salt
  • To taste pepper
  • As needed tomatoes, diced


  1. Preheat oven at 350°F or 15 minutes.
  2. Sauté garlic, onions, and CDO READY-TO-USE BEEF CUBES. Add spinach, season with salt and pepper, then stuff in bell peppers. Fill up to three-quarters. Put CDO MOZZARELLA CHEESE on top.
  3. Bake bell peppers for 8-10 minutes. Serve with diced tomatoes on the side.
