Spanish Sardines Fettucine

Makes 2 servings

Cooking Time 15 - 20 minutes


  • 250 g Angel hair noodles
  • 1 tsp cooking oil
  • 8 g garlic, chopped
  • 10 g white onion, minced
  • 100 g chunky tomatoes
  • 100 g broccoli, boiled/steamed
  • 100 g spinach, blanched, chopped
  • To taste salt
  • To taste pepper
  • As needed water


  1. For the pasta: Boil water in a large pot. Add salt, cooking oil, and the angel hair noodles. Cook until aldente. Set aside to cool.
  2. For the sauce: Add oil in a heated pan, sauté garlic and white onions
  3. Add chunky tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add shredded CDO SPANISH SARDINES. Stir. Turn off heat. Mix the pasta in.
  5. Transfer into a bowl then add spinach, broccoli and top with a piece or two of CDO SPANISH SARDINES.
