CDO Laing

Makes 2 - 3 servings

Cooking Time 10 - 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 250 g SAN MARINO TUNA FLAKES IN OIL
  • 2 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Ginger, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Chili, chopped
  • 2 cup Gabi leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Shrimp paste
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Coconut cream 

Procedure

  1.  Heat oil in a pan on medium.
  2. Sauté onions, garlic, ginger, chilli, and gabi leaves.
  3. Stir in shrimp paste, water, and coconut cream. Let it simmer. Cover and cook until gabi leaves are tender.
  4. Add in SAN MARINO TUNA FLAKES IN OIL. Simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
