CDO Foodservice offers you various types of bacon that are perfect for your hotels, restaurants, eatery and the like. Our bacons are made from whole, boneless, and skinless pork bellies that was cured and smoked to achieve a distinct salty-creamy blend profile. These are perfect toppings to your pastas, fillings to your sandwiches, or even as sauce ingredients.

Frozen, sliced, vacuum packed product obtained from whole, boneless, skinless pork bellies, cured and smoked to achieve its distinct salty-creamy blend bacon profile which can be consumed as pizza toppings, sandwich filling or sauce ingredient.

Preparation Methods

Pan Frying:

  1. Thaw out products overnight at chiller (2°C to 3°C).
  2. Preheat pan under medium fire and add 2-3 tablespoons of oil; wait until desired temperature (160°C to 170°C) is attained.
  3. Arrange each slice in pan in a single file.
  4. Pan fry product for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown is achieved.
  5. Drip excess oil before serving.

Cooking in Electric Oven:

  1. Thaw out products overnight at chiller (2°C to 3°C).
  2. Preheat oven to 446°F (230°C).
  3. Arrange each side in platform in a single file.
  4. Bake each side for 4 to 4.5 minutes or until golden brown color is achieved.
  5. Drip excess oil before serving.

Griddle Frying:

  1. Thaw out products overnight at chiller (2°C to 3°C)
  2. Preheat griddle under medium fire (160°C to 170°C) and grease with approximately 1 teaspoon of oil. 3. Arrange each slice in platform in a single file.
  3. Griddle fry product for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown color is achieved.
  4. Drip excess oil before serving.
