Tapa Banh Mi with CDO Ready-to-use Beef Tripe

Makes 4 servings

Cooking Time 25 - 60 minutes


  • 500 g CDO READY-TO-USE BEEF TRIPE, sliced
  • 1 pc white onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 pc carrot, julienned
  • 1 pc turnip, julienned
  • 4 pcs mini French Baguettes
  • 2 tsps light mayonnaise
  • As needed cilantro, chopped
  • As needed sesame seeds, toasted


  1. Sauté CDO READY-TO-USE BEEF TRIPE and half-piece of an onion in oil until meat is tender. Set aside.
  2. Combine honey and vinegar in a small bowl. Marinate carrot, turnip and the rest of the onions in the mixture for 15 minutes. Drain after.
  3. Toast baguettes and spread light mayonnaise on one side.
  4. Arrange tapa strips on baguette and add marinated veggies. Top with cilantro and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
