Tuna Pasta with Chunky Tomatoes

Makes 2 servings

Cooking Time 10 - 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 155 g CDO SAN MARINO TUNA FLAKES IN OIL
  • To taste salt
  • To taste pepper
  • As needed parmesan cheese
  • 6 pcs tomatoes, medium-sized, quarter-chopped
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 250 g spaghetti pasta
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • For garnish parsley

Procedure

  1.  For Pasta: Cook according to instructions. Set aside.
  2.  For Sauce: Heat CDO SAN MARINO TUNA FLAKES IN OIL in pan. Add at least 2 tbsp of its juices. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until ausec.
  3.  Add tomatoes, cook until tomatoes starts to juice out. Add brown sugar; stir until you get your desired sauce texture. 
  4.  Add in to cooked pasta. Top with parsley and parmesan cheese. Serve.
