Tuna Pasta with Chunky Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 155 g CDO SAN MARINO TUNA FLAKES IN OIL
  • 250 g spaghetti pasta
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6 pcs medium-sized tomatoes, quarter-chopped
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • To taste salt
  • To taste pepper
  • For garnish parsley
  • For garnish parmesan cheese

Procedure

  1. Cook pasta as per manufacturer’s instructions. Set aside.
  2. In a straight sauté pan, heat the 155g CDO SAN MARINO TUNA FLAKES IN OIL then add at least 2 tablespoons of its own juices. Season with salt and pepper, cook until ausec.
  3. Add in chopped tomatoes and cook until tomatoes start to juice out. Add brown sugar. Stir until you get the desired texture you want for your sauce.
  4. Add in cooked pasta.
  5. For plating: Transfer the desired amount of tuna pasta with chunky tomatoes into a plate. Top it off with parsley and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
