CDO Brown Hotdog Salpicao

Makes 1 - 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup CDO HOLIDAY BROWN CHEESEDOG, sliced 1” thick
  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Button mushroom, quartered
  • 2 tsp Garlic, grated
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 tsp Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Fried Garlic
  • To Taste Pepper

Procedure

  1. Heat up pan on medium.
  2. Sauté CDO HOLIDAY BROWN CHEESEDOG and mushroom.
  3. Add grated garlic.
  4. Season with paprika, cayenne, and pepper. Finish off with butter.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and fried garlic.
  6. Serve hot.
