Ingredients

  • 2 cups CDO READY-TO-USE SISIG MEAT
  • 3 tsps Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Onion, minced
  • 3 tsps Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Radish, diced
  • 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • 3 cups Pork broth
  • 1 cup Pork Blood
  • As needed Fish sauce
  • As needed Finger chilli
  • As needed Fried Garlic
  • To taste Pepper

Procedure

  1. Heat up oil in a sauce pan.
  2. Sauté onions, garlic, and radish.
  3. Add CDO READY-TO-USE SISIG MEAT.
  4. Stir in vinegar, pork broth, fish sauce, and pork blood.
  5. Stir continuously until it simmers. Lower heat until pork blood is thoroughly cooked. Season to taste.
  6. Serve hot in a bowl, sprinkle with fried garlic. Top with Finger Chili.
