CDO Spicy Beef Tortillas

Makes 4 - 12 servings

Prep Time 5 - 7 minutes

Cooking Time 7 - 10 minutes


  • 1 cup CDO CHILI BEEF
  • 2 tsps Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsps Garlic, sliced
  • 1 cup Potato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Green peas
  • 8 pcs Egg, beaten
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Pepper


  1. Heat up oil in pan on medium, sauté onion, garlic, potato, and green peas.
  2. Stir in CDO CHILI BEEF. Season. Let it cool down then set aside.
  3. In a steel bowl, thoroughly mix egg with meat mixture.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan on medium, spread a cupful of the meat mixture on the pan, cover and cook for five minutes or until completely set. Remove from heat then do the same for the rest of the mixture.
  5. Cut into slices. Spread chilli sauce on top. Optional: Catsup on the side.
