Crunchy CDO Breakfast Longganisa

Makes 2 - 3 servings

Cooking Time 5 -8 minutes

Ingredients

  • 12 pcs CDO SKINLESS LONGGANISA
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 pcs Egg
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • As needed Vegetable oil 

Procedure

  1. Dredge CDO SKINLESS LONGGANISA on flour, dip in egg, and then roll on bread crumbs.
  2. Heat up oil in pan, deep fry breaded CDO SKINLESS LONGGANISA until golden brown.
  3. Drain excess fat.
  4. Cut cooked breaded CDO SKINLESS LONGGANISA diagonally and then serve with chilli garlic dip.
