Kaong Avocado Cupsicles

Makes 10 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup CDO SWEET PRESERVES KAONG 240 g, drained
  • 3 pcs ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose cream
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 5 pcs plastic cup molds
  • 5 pcs popsicle sticks or paper straw 

Procedure

  1. Purée avocado, all-purpose cream and condensed milk  in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pass through a fine strainer into a bowl .
  3. Add CDO SWEET PRESERVES KAONG.  
  4. Pour into plastic cup molds making sure there are no air pockets. Insert popsicle stick.
  5. For best result, freeze for 12 hours.  
  6. Remove from mold.
