Sisig Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 pack CDO READY-TO-USE SISIG MEAT 1 kg
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 cup white onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 3 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup calamansi juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

   For Tacos:

  • 50 g  DANES CHEESE 180 g, grated
  • 10 pcs tacos
  • 3 cups lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

Procedure

  1. Sauté onions, ginger and garlic in canola oil. Add CDO READY-TO-USE SISIG MEAT and season with black pepper and paprika.
  2. Add calamansi juice and soy sauce and continue cooking until liquid is almost dry.  
  3. Remove from heat then add mayonnaise to sisig mixture.
  4. Assemble tacos by layering each taco shell with sisig, tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro and DANES CHEESE.
