Longganisa Alio Oglio

Makes 4 servings

  • 1 pack CDO FUNTASTYK LONGGANISA 240 g, sliced
  • 450 g spaghetti noodles, cooked al dente
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, crushed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of broth before draining the pasta.
  2. Sauté garlic, CDO FUNTASTYK LONGGANISA and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add broth and boil for 5 minutes. Reduce heat and add salt. Simmer for 5 minutes.  
  4. Mix pasta to garlic sauce.  Allow pasta to rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley.
