Beef Tapa Salpicao

Makes 4 servings

Cooking Time 15 - 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 packs CDO NATIVE FAVORITES BEEF TAPA 250 g
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • to taste salt 
  • to taste pepper
  • 1/2 cup button mushroom, sliced
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 4 tbsp liquid seasoning
  • 4 tbsp butter

Procedure

  1. Mix oil, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper then add CDO NATIVE FAVORITES BEEF TAPA.  Marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Sauté marinated beef tapa.
  3. Add mushrooms and continue sautéing for another 3 minutes.
  4. Add oyster sauce and liquid seasoning. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add butter.  Once melted, remove from heat.
  6. Garnish with toasted garlic and green onions.
