CDO Cordon Bleu

  • 3 pcs CDO REGULAR COOKED HAM cut into triangles
  • 6 slices CDO MELTING CHEESE 2” sticks
  • 6 pcs Chicken breast fillet flattened and pounded
  • To taste salt
  • To taste pepper
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 pcs egg lightly beaten
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • As needed vegetable oil 


  1. Season breast fillet
  2. Arrange CDO REGULAR COOKED HAM and CDO MELTING CHEESE at one end of the fillet, roll meat, secure sides of chicken roll. Repeat.
  3. Dredge, roll in flour, dip in egg. Lastly, dredge in bread crumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan on medium, fry chicken roll until golden brown (4-6 minutes).
  5. Drain CDO Cordon Bleu, slice into 3.
  6. Serve with your favorite gravy.
