Bacon Wrapped Prawns

Makes 4 servings

  • 12 pcs CDO BACON
  • 12 pcs jumbo prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • to taste iodized salt
  • to taste ground black pepper


  1. Peel and devein shrimps leaving the tails intact.
  2. Marinate prawns in lemon juice, cumin, salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
  3. Beginning from the tail, wrap a piece of  CDO BACON around each prawn and secure with a bamboo pick.
  4. Grill or pan sear the bacon wrapped prawns until prawns are cooked and the bacon is crisp.
