CDO Beef Pinaklay

Ingredients

  • 1 cup CDO READY-TO-USE BEEF TRIPE
  • 1 cup CDO READY-TO-USE BEEF CUBES
  • 2 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp Garlic, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Ginger, julienne
  • 2 cup Bamboo shoots, sliced and boiled
  • 1/4 cup Bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 5 pcs Finger chili, chopped
  • 1 lit Beef broth
  • To Taste Fish sauce
  • To Taste Black pepper

Procedure

  1. Heat pan on medium, pour in oil.
  2. Sauté garlic, onion, and ginger.
  3. Add in CDO READY-TO-USE BEEF TRIPE and CDO READY-TO USE BEEF CUBES. Stir for a few minutes.
  4. Add in bamboo shoots, bell pepper, and chili. Stir.
  5. Pour in broth. Let it boil. Simmer until meats are tender. Season to taste.
  6. Serve hot.
