CDO Bicol Express

Ingredients

  • 2 cup CDO READY-TO-USE SISIG MEAT
  • 2 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Onion, minced
  • 2 tsp Garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp Bird’s eye chili, minced
  • 1/4 cup Shrimp paste
  • 1 cup Coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup Finger chili, chopped
  • 1 cup Green beans, boiled

Procedure

  1. Heat up oil in a pan at medium heat.
  2. Sauté onions, garlic, ginger, and bird’s eye chili.
  3. Stir in CDO READY-TO-USE SISIG MEAT and shrimp paste.
  4. Pour in coconut cream and add finger chili.
  5. Finish by adding green beans.
  6. Serve hot.
