Chao Pan

Makes 4 - 5 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup CDO REGULAR HAM, diced
  • 1 cup CDO GROUND PORK, diced
  • 3 tsps Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Leeks, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Spring onions, chopped
  • 8 pcs Egg, cooked, diced
  • 6 cups Rice, cooked, fluffed
  • 1/4 cup Green peas
  • 1/4 cup Liquid seasoning
  • 1 tsp Chicken powder

Procedure

  1.  Heat up pan. Pour in oil, let it smoke.
  2. Stir fry CDO REGULAR HAM, CDO GROUND PORK, carrots, leeks, and spring onions.
  3. Mix in egg, rice, and green peas.
  4. Pour in liquid seasoning and chicken powder. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Serve hot.
